Water Bills - New Management and new payment instructions!

Everyone should be receiving their first water bills since we changed water management and billing companies. Please note, your payment is still payable to Pheasant Farm Acres, but is mailed to Branch Business, who then deposits your check/payment to the PFA bank account at Heritage (Whidbey Island Bank). There are still eight billing periods each year.
If you had autopay set up with King Water, you'll need to change the delivery to Branch Business. Inadvertent payments to King Water will require you to handle getting your payment to Branch Business before the due date to avoid late fees.

Water Meter Read Schedule

For those who are new to our community, water meters are read at the end of the following months: February, April, May, June, July, August, October, and December. King Water tries to read on or as close to the same date as possible each month (28th).
